What Do You Need Lyrics Candlebox ft. Mona

So tell me now what do you need
Get on up off of your knees
These games stop playing the tease
Well you’re now just cutting your teeth
I’m rippin’ in, watching ‘em bleed

So tell me now what do you need
Spreading this like a disease
Shut your mouth ain’t gotta preach
Left it all on the table so leave

And if everybody’s leaving, I’ll go it alone

I’ve been waiting
And I’m still waiting
So tell me now what do you need

Didn’t think that I’d walk away
You didn’t think I’d hear what you say
My whole life all night and day
You kept taking, what do you need

Here I am now talking to you
Here I am now nothing to prove
There I went, I’m done, I’m through
So tell me now what do you need

And if everybody’s leaving, I’ll go it alone

I’ve been waiting
And I’m still waiting
I been waiting
And I’m still waiting

(Instrumental)

I’ll go it alone

I’ve been waiting (tell me now what do you-)
And I’m still waiting (I’ll just go it alone)
I’m still waiting (I’ll just go it alone)
And I’m still waiting

So tell me now what do you need
So tell me now what do you need
So tell me now, tell me now, what do you need

I’ve been waiting (okay, okay, come on, come on)
I’m still waiting (so tell me now, tell me now)
I’ve been waiting (so tell me now, oh)
I’m still waiting (oh, I’m still waiting)
So tell me now what do you need

About Candlebox:–

Candlebox is an American rock band that gained prominence in the early 1990s as part of the post-grunge movement. The band was formed in Seattle, Washington, in 1990, and its members included Kevin Martin (vocals), Peter Klett (guitar), Bardi Martin (bass), Scott Mercado (drums), and later, Dave Krusen (drums).

Candlebox's self-titled debut album was released in 1993 and achieved significant commercial success, reaching multi-platinum status in the United States. The album produced several hit singles, including "Far Behind," "You," and "Cover Me," which helped establish the band's presence in the alternative rock scene.

Their music is often characterized by a mix of grunge and alternative rock elements, featuring melodic guitar lines, introspective lyrics, and Martin's distinctive vocal style. While their debut album was well-received, subsequent releases saw varying degrees of commercial success.

Candlebox continued to release albums throughout the 1990s and into the 2000s, including "Lucy" (1995), "Happy Pills" (1998), and "Into the Sun" (2008). The band went through various lineup changes over the years, and Kevin Martin remains the consistent frontman.
